Welcome to TJ73 Combat Co. By accessing tj73combatco.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
TJ73 Combat Co. ("we," "us," "our") sells apparel and training gear online at tj73combatco.com. Contact: joe@tj73combatco.com
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
3. Products, pricing, and availability
All products are subject to availability. We produce in limited runs and a drop may sell out or close without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and limit quantities. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.
Product photography and mockups are representative. Sublimated and printed garments may vary slightly in color between production runs and across screens.
4. Preorders
Many items are sold as preorders. You are paying for a garment that will be manufactured after the drop window closes.
Estimated delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Production and freight are subject to delays outside our control. We will communicate schedule changes as we learn them.
Placing a preorder means you accept that your item will ship after a production period, and that the order becomes final when the drop window closes. See our Refund Policy.
5. The Founding 73
The Founding 73 is a limited program of 73 founder numbers total, for the life of this company. Numbers are assigned sequentially in the order they are earned.
- Each person receives one number, regardless of how many orders they place
- Founders receive a 20% lifetime discount, applied automatically
- As of August 10, 2026, a founder number requires the purchase of a full no-gi kit. Numbers earned before that date were earned under prior terms and are not affected
- Founder numbers are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person
- Giveaway prizes do not earn a founder number
- We reserve the right to modify the terms under which future numbers are earned. Numbers already assigned will be honored permanently
6. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we confirm the order. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address supplied by you.
7. Discount codes
Discount codes are for personal use, may not be resold, and may be limited in quantity or duration. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed using a code obtained fraudulently or used in violation of its terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the TJ73 name, logos, shield mark, patch designs, garment artwork, photography, and written content — is our property and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.
9. Assumption of risk
Our products are apparel. Training in combat sports carries inherent risk of injury. Nothing we sell is protective equipment, and no garment we make will prevent injury.
You train at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury sustained while wearing our products.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Communications
By providing your email address you agree to receive order-related communications. Marketing emails are optional and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
