How to measure: waist is the recommended body-waist range. Outseam is waistband to hem. Inseam is crotch to hem. Leg opening is measured flat across the bottom.

Athletic fit — use the waist range to select your size. Measurements are approximate and may vary by up to ½ cm due to production. If you are between waist sizes, choose the larger size for comfort and mobility.

Care: machine wash cold, hang dry. Do not bleach, iron, or tumble dry.
